Do I have to register with Lifestyle-Hotels before I can book online?

No, you can book online without registering. However, if you register with Lifestyle-Hotels, you’ll be able to store your personal and travel information in your profile, so there will be no need to re-enter the information the next time you log in and book on www.lifestyle-hotels.ch. If you are not already a member, you may sign up for free on www.lifestyle-hotels.ch.

How can I view my travel bookings?

If you are registered you are able to review your previous and future bookings.

What happens, if I do not have a password to log in?

Of course, you are able to make a booking with Lifestyle-Hotels if you are not registered. However you do not receive a summary about your previous bookings and you have to re-enter your profile each time you will make a reservation.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. You’ll be able to view the password hint you provided when you registered, or you can have your password emailed to the email address in your profile.
